Just a note of thanks for our experience yesterday. I came in with my boyfriend, Evan Liddiard, for a "couples" massage, facial and eyebrow threading. Having found you by using the internet, I was not sure what to expect. Everyone was helpful and courteous from my initial phone call to paying for the services. The technicians (Sarah, Kelley and Nilma (spelling?) were knowledgeable and friendly and the facilities were beautiful. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely recommend you to others!

"Hello, I just returned from my trip to Baltimore with 3 of my friends to watch 2 Sox games and enjoy a day at the spa. We arrived at the spa on Saturday morning and received prompt, professional and pleasant service. Our last check-in experience at a spa in PA was less than enjoyable so we were happily surprised by the warm welcome we received. I was there for a 60 minute Swedish massage and was a little apprehensive as my last massage (7yrs ago in AZ) was less than enjoyable. Lauren was my massage therapist and was an absolute DELIGHT. She listened to my concerns and paid attention to my needs. Her personality and professionalism all added to the wonderful experience. She changed my mind about getting massages and ensured that we will return next year on our annual trip to see the Sox and Orioles play! Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing experience!"

Dear Colleen, Last week I was at Studio 921 and had my hair highlighted with your Redkin specialist Ashley. I had spoken to you and you had offered me the opportunity to have your Redkin consultant meet with me in an attempt to create more of the effect I was looking for. I met with Ashley twice and last week she added more highlights to my hair . I just wanted to let you know that she was most friendly, accomodating, concerned and tried to do the best possible job for me from the highlights to blowing it out just right..I was also greeted by Joe with friendliness and politeness and it made me feel very comfortable to see such a professional approach to doing hair.
