Please allow at least 24 hours for any cancellations or changes or you will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we can ensure that your services run on time and smoothly. We cannot guarantee full service time for late arrivals as we may have guests scheduled after your appointment.

You will need to hold all appointments with a credit card.

To ensure safety and a relaxing experience for all, there are no children under 12 allowed in the salon or spa area.

Please refrain from cell phone use so that everybody can fully relax and enjoy their experience.

Gratuity is not included in our service prices, however, graciously accepted. 15-20% is customary.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
