I’ve been visiting Studio 921 for over a decade, and have been more than pleased with every service I’ve ever received thus far - from nails, waxing, and facials, to hair cut, style, and color. Cara is a friendly, bubbly and amazing aesthetician. Kenny is a mastermind hair stylist and colorist. The ambiance at this salon is outstanding, and they always make you feel like a longtime client, even on your very first visit. They use & have a nice selection of products for sale, and never any pressure to buy or upsale anything. Prices are decent for a salon of this caliber. I’d recommend this salon to both men and women, without question!

I had a 60 min massage with John and it was one of the best experiences. The staff is so friendly and it really brightens up the neighborhood. It’s so clean inside and modern!! Super cute place I can’t wait to go back!! Amazing place!!!

I was in for a massage with Danielle and everything was wonderful. Danielle was perfectly professional and comforting at the same time. The customer service is consistently positive. It's really nice to know exactly what to expect when you walk in the door. Also, I forgot my ring on the table in the massage room and they called me right away to come back for it. I really appreciated that.

Went in on a whim to change up my looks. Had a slight idea of what I wanted, but I'm pretty clueless when it comes to beauty so I'm glad I booked with a knowledgeable stylist. Susan was very professional and friendly really helped me walk through different photos of the low maintenance blonde I was looking for so I could brighten things up but not look like I was trying to be Norwegian. I got an amazing facial with Kara and couldn't be more pleased. The session started promptly, if not a little sooner since I was early. We started with a consultation with Kara asking me about my home skin care routine and informing me of the treatment process. She did extractions, microdermabrasion, and a charcoal mask. While the mask dried I got the most amazing massage. I usually cannot relax during massages but Kara put me at ease. I can't wait to see her again. - Nia L.
