I have been to many different 5 star resort spas, several local spas, and many more around the world.  Today's 90 minute deep tissue massage with Roj was amazing. It is the best massage I have ever received hands down.  My brother also got his best massage ever from Ashley today.  Who would have imagined that after traveling the world and being let down by all the local spas that the Studio 921 Spa was is in my back yard? I was so impressed that I also picked up 2 gift certificates for my wife and a friend for mothers day.

 Thank you for your email and follow up on my appointment with Danielle.  I'm from the Syracuse, NY area and called to make an appointment after having goggled and finding your salon listed under "best salons in Baltimore."  I was very pleased with my visit and only wish that I resided in your area as I would definitely return not only for hair services but also to use your spa.  Danielle did an amazing hair cut and color.  She is not only talented but very personable making me feel as though she really cared about how I would like my hair even knowing full well because of the distance I may never return to your salon.  She provided me with education on some new hair products to help me in styling my hair so that I would benefit fully from the hair services. Your salon requiring a credit card to hold an appointment is a great idea as some people don't consider how much it costs the hair stylist, nail technician, etc.and salon in revenue when someone doesn't give enough cancellation notice to fill the slot.  I had little reservation in doing so since my daughter was a hair stylist I understand how much it cost her when her clients didn't show up or provided little notice when canceling an appointment.  Your email certainly reiterates to me that the salon is run by caring, professional people which is how I felt from the moment I walked through the door.  I will most definitely return to your salon and spa upon my next trip to Baltimore.  Thank you.

I came to the studio with two of my close gal-pals (Ontaria Kirby and Sandra Taylor) whom you may have also sent an email, but I speak for us all when I say that we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at your Spa. We had never had "waxing" done before and checked out a few places earlier in the week, and we knew from the time we spoke with Nicole that this was the place, and she was the one. She is the whole reason we chose Studio 921 and we don't regret that decision one bit. We plan to come back and continue to use the your services. Thank you and Nicole for giving us and unforgettable "first time". I was everything we wanted and more.

Stuumbled upon this great spa while visiting and now I understand why they call it Charm City...the venue was tastefullly styled, front desk staff professional and courteous.  My esthetician Nilam was freindly and instantely made me feel like I was one of her regulars.  She gave me great recommendations without being pushy.  Nice touch on facial and massage.  The coolest thing was when she went out of her way to pretty me up after my hour and a half session.  Also great place for hair!  Lea G.

I just wanted to write to you to let you know that I have been to your salon twice to see Angel R., once for a cut, and the last time for a cut, color, and highlight. Angel did such a fantastic job and I haven't gotten so many compliments on my hair in a long time!  She seemed to intuitively know exactly what to do to make my hair look its best. I just want to pass along how great the staff and service at Studio 921 are. It all started with Tina - giving me the best manicures I have ever had. She not only does a great job - she also taught me about the health of the nail, and recommended some products for me to use at home in between my manicures. To top it all off - Tina is one the nicest people I have encountered in a long time.

Next is the staff at the front desk - each time I come I am greeted with a smile and when I check out they make sure I am happy with the service I came in for. And Carolyn is always happy to answer questions - and share advice.

And finally - my hair. I just had my hair cut and colored by Ashleigh - what a great job she did. She gave me a lot of information on the condition of my hair, how to get it healthy again, and how she would use color instead of bleach for my blonde highlights. After the foils were removed - Alana and Ashleigh put a glaze on my hair - which is the first time I have ever had glaze on my hair - in all my years of highlights/color. Go figure. Again - she explained how this benefits the health of my hair as well as the color. I really appreciate Ashleigh's knowledge of color and she is fun!

I have been to several high end salons in the city over the years - and Studio 921 is by far the best. The service, the staff, and end product are awesome. I have finally found a place to call home for my nails and hair!    Thank you and keep up the good work,
