Carolyn has been with Studio 921 since 2006. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising and spent many years in a customer service capacity and as a buyer for a national specialty retail chain.

Before coming to Studio 921 she worked in sales with Nordstrom receiving both the Customer Service All-Star Award and the Platinum Sales Award in the first year. She brings with her a passion for customer service, communication and excellence in all aspects of our salon and spa business.
